I attend church with Jim and we both served as leaders in the congregation. Jim was the chair and I was his vice-chair. He is a good mentor, has a great ability to lead others while allowing them to contribute their talents to the team, and is well respected as a leader,parent and friend. Jim is diligent and honest and would serve anyone in need. Character is important and you can't teach it. Jim has an impeccable character and a great attitude to be successful in anything he does.
