Once the days play has finished, Importing XML into Indesign, proofing and supplying Print Ready pdf's to the printers. Up to 10,000 copies are printed and returned to Wimbledon by 7am the next morning. I have been working with The PPL Group at the Wimbledon Championships since 2006. Working on their Digital Asset Management site, the responsibility was to manage and deliver the highest quality print ready packaging artwork for all new release and back catalogue titles. • Download and preparing new assets for quality control checks, through digital checking procedures. • Carrying out rigorous flightchecks to both imagery and technical content. • Control of the distribution of newly uploaded assets to the Paramount DAM site, from many territories around the world. • Project Management of techincal Labeling with Territory Certification for Europe, UK and Germany. • Managing Artwork alteration projects (over 5,000 assets in 2016). • Maintain archive of packaging templates and samples for easy reference, including layout and cutter guides. • Developing and adapting packaging elements for Paramount Home Entertainment. • Production of visuals and working mock-ups for new assets. • Amending assets as required and re-uploading onto DAM site. • Client liaison to both Operations and Territory agencies around the world to ensure packaging is delivered ready to print. • Training to both Brand Guardian Team Members and Freelance operators.
