I had the pleasure of managing Jim Kelly while he was at Constellation Energy. It didn't take long to see Jim's qualities, not only as a Sales Consultant but a team leader. Jim was tremendous help during a period wherein I had to manage the Boston team by myself and he did so by taking new hires with him so they could see the sales process. Jim would also assist me in conducting workshops during our daily sales meetings on various subjects, such as entering data in the newly introduced Tablet, overcoming objections, presentation etc. Moreover, he was one of the top performers on the Boston team, which is one of the many reasons Jim was promoted to Sr. Sales Consultant quicker than any one else in the market. That being said, I can't forget to mention that he is a great guy and a consummate professional. I feel that Jim would be an asset to any company.

I worked with Jim from 1998 to 2002 when he was located in the NYC area, and I was the paper buyer for Pearson Education, a $3.2B book publisher. We partnered on many large contracts for paper, to be consumed on educational publications, mainly for K - 12 textbooks and workbooks. His knowledge of the paper market, as well as all paper grades available by the various paper mills, domestic and international, made it much easier to evaluate a project, and ultimately, deliver a product on time, that met or exceeded the customer's requirement. Where there were budget concerns, Jim took a proactive role in understanding my needs and working with me to reach fair and equitable goals. When it came to customer service, and standing behind the product he sold, Jim was second to none. In the very rare occasion of a product imperfection, from a mill issue or otherwise, Jim responded immediately and professionally, regardless of the volume of the said purchase. I would not hesitate to deal with Jim again.
