Jim and I worked together at Paramount Hotel Group for four years. JIm was the IT VP and handled all hardware and software at both the corporate office and at the hotels. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, eager to learn and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities. Jim worked very closely with the finance team and implemented new systems and processes that made the monthly closings more efficient. He demonstrated a strong understanding of accounting that is unique to IT. He was critical in the onboarding of new hotels particularly in managing the data transfer. Jim was always focused on finding new ways to reduce costs and streamline processes. He responded very well to tight deadlines and was able to multi task. I appreciate all the support that Jim provided me and I would highly recommend him for an IT VP position.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jim Kubisky for almost 20 years. Jim was the Vice President of Information Technology for my company, Paramount Hotel Group. PHG is a full service hotel company that company that included three subsidiaries involved in hotel management, hotel construction project management and a sales intermediary organization focused on group travel. In his role as Vice President, Jim was responsible for all IT related issues covering both software, hardware and telecom.
