I have a wide variety of resources for outsourcing and networking to make a strong sales increase wherever I am working. Because my NAPA career started in a small town, I was a good fit for this location. In 2018 I was Manager of the Year and achieved the most difficult to a achieve, "Triple Crown" award for meeting all three annual quotas, "Sales, Turnover and Profit".       As ASM, after my first year with the company, I was placed in stores that were having issues. I have worked in a total of 7 stores as an ASM in a period of 6 years. Each store was facing a wide variety of issues, some were personnel, some were inventory and some were just lack of sales. Many of the stores I have worked in had gotten back on track while I was there. The display pictured is a project I did myself. It wasn’t an award winner, but I thought it was!
