I saw an opportunity and went for it. So I hope to see you soon at your intersection of public to private. Where the city sweeper stops I won’t. Once on property the entire lot will be touched, cleaned first then a sweeper will follow behind to add that sparkle and shine as one customer noted last week. Being able to service parking garages and underground garages allows Ghilotti Sweep to cover untouched territory. I will not just be blowing leaves for someone else to have to deal with. Most front doors to businesses are immaculately clean but often times it does not extend to the parking lot or turn off from the public road. Not only is it a liability to have a slick exit, it doesn’t match the front door, well it should. We extend that to the street, and clean your road so that it extends the life and is viewed better as it is the first thing anyone coming to your business will see. Currently providing service in the North Bay, focused in Sonoma County, Napa County and Marin County. Ghilotti Sweep is available for Hotels, High End Resorts, Wineries, Parking Garages, Construction Sites and Residences. I am happy to look at any project at any business because the benefits of street sweeping are many.

After passing the bar exam, I moved from law clerk manager to an associate. I managed a case load of up to 50 cases doing what was necessary to push the case forward to settlement or trial. On any given day, I could be in court representing our clients or flying across the country for depositions. After several years I was given the opportunity to manage the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation department. In this role I managed hundreds of cases, achieving the most settlements to date in a calendar year. My boots were on the ground representing widows and children who had lost their spouse/father. My ability to work well with my clients and opposing counsel led to my success.

    • Law Clerk Manager
      • Feb 2011 - Jan 2020

Started as an entry level law clerk working closely with one of the partners preparing for trials. This developed into a much larger role where I managed a team of law clerks with the same goal, to aid trial lawyers. All aspects of civil litigation were covered in this role including but not limited to, drafting motions, drafting trial briefs, preparing client testimony designations and trial exhibit lists. I oversaw and managed for several years a summer associate program where current law students worked for us during the summer to gain experience working for a large civil litigation law firm. Working in a past paced firm, gave me the opportunity to work on various different tasks all with a hard deadlines and thrive in that environment. Above all else, I was able to participate in advocating for clients who has been wronged.
