  Chris Davis and I started the SwimAtlanta swim team in 1977. In 1983, I branched out to form SwimAtlanta Pool Management. In 1994 Jeff Gaeckle joined The Pool Management Group team as a partner and I’m happy to say that Chris, Jeff and I are all still business partners today. For the past 37 years I have worked in swimming pool management promoting professionalism, safety and customer care. I’m fortunate to work with some of the finest people in the industry, and proud to have built lasting partnerships. Our model for swimming pool management and our refined operational processes form the basis for the performance and financial success of our people.
