The main goal of my position is to design and execute a plan in the market for attaining the financial goals established in cooperation with the global director. This includes evaluating and providing guidance to personnel within the group to ensure that the personal and financial goals of the group are met.As Site Manager I have helped guide Evac through an internal transition from a regional entity based organization to a true global organization. Over the past 2 years this required implementation of a new organizational structure and instilling a change in mindset for for the employees while making sure that the North American customer base felt no pain.
