My only recommendation I have written on LinkedIn goes to Jim Cordery. A very lucky community will have Jim lead one of their schools someday. A well educated leadership team that truly understands the qualities of an effective leader will hire Jim and not regret it for one day. It excites me to know that candidates as skilled and experienced as Jim are still willing to take on the challenge of becoming a school leader. Although it is not his official position, Jim's peers know who to go to for honest and educated assistance making him a leader already without the title. A lucky, educated, and caring School Board will give him that title very soon!
