A Jim-of-all trades at this point. Periodic just opened a production facility in Northglenn (the original brewery is still located in Leadville, CO) and I am helping get us up and rolling. I cellar, brew, and package, utilizing Orchestrated Beer to track our processes and inventory. A Jim-of-all trades at this point. I currently run the QA/QC laboratory at Rogue Ales. This includes collection of samples, monitoring yeast (both in the brink and tanks), microbial and qualitative analyses of wort and finished beer, and quality control. Additionally, I oversee our taste panel program and am the Head Roaster and Head Smoker, tasked with grain product development. Beers! I currently run the QA/QC laboratory at Rogue Ales.
