Having worked with Jim for a good number of years both in the UK and overseas I can categorically say he is a consummate operational professional. He is all about the team and leads by example, additionally, he is very well trained and experienced in the Oil and Gas arena. In my humble opinion, any employer that has a vacancy where Jim's skills match would be foolish not to snap him up and get him on board right away. I have no doubt that Jim would be an excellent addition to any team and would deliver good returns on investment and be considred value adding.
