Manages flight operations for 4 F-22 test aircraft to include scheduling, maintenance and the coordination of flight test assets. Provides daily oversight and test card approval for execution of all F-22 test missions at Edwards AFB. Regularly leads a Control Room team, other aircrew and test assets in the execution of F-22 test missions.

Responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of numerous F-117 flight test programs to include the Ring Laser Navigation Improvement Program, Single Configuration Fleet, Enhanced Guided Bomb Unit Program, numerous Operational Flight Program upgrades and other classified testing. Lead the F-117 flight test effort for establishing real time combat communications (IRRCA) along with several other classified projects. Provided several technical presentations at professional symposia on F-117 flight test programs. Acted as the Flight Manual Manager overseeing four editors/writers and was responsible for all flight related technical publications for the F-117 Program.
