  Duke Realty (DRE) is now a single product public real estate owner in the US with $10B of industrial assets after selling out of their portfolio of medical assets in June, 2017. During my tenure of running the healthcare platform at Duke Realty we grew from 10 MOB's to over 100 MOB's and invested up to $1.8B. Since Duke's acquisition of our private business in February, 2007, we developed $1B of medical office facilities and acquired $800M. The assets were sold to Health Trust of America in June, 2017 for over $3.0B.
