An absolute pleasure to work with or for Jim since 2004. As my boss Jim always provided clear guidance and as my peer provided balance in discussion and debate. I've always known Jim to have clear vision of the way ahead and a steady hand to help move the the effort forward. Jim was a good mentor and I benefited from our association and as my peer Jim was supportive and always focused on the greater good of the organization.

Jim worked closely with me on the implementation of SyteLine ERP for two years. We were able to implement the system in 6 different plants and three different countries. He was always very smart and hard working. I found him a great teammate. After the implementation project was over, I watched as Jim transformed the Equipment Group at SCS. Jim reorganized the plant for better flow and efficiencies. He implemented visual scheduling boards to communicate the production needs of the company.
