I collaborated with Jim on an UAT effort and it was just simply a pleasure working with him. He was extremely patient and went through the trappings of the exercise with a fine-tooth comb and as a bonus wrapped up the whole process with fine detailed documentation. His attention to detail also caught a technical problem which would have been a show stopper to the whole release.
