I had the great pleasure of having Jim as a technical leader in the development team for web-based media streaming/player product. Particularly he did an exceptional job on leading the transition of a large development team to a small, but agile and effective team. Despite the departure of core developers, he successfully managed to deliver product enhancements on time while constantly motivating the entire team to produce their best work. Jim possessed solid technical skills on not only front-end software development, but also back-end systems with deep expertise of many different technologies.
