I have worked with Jim Anderson both as a sub-consultant and as an internal employee while with the same company. He has always been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have found that he will inevitably catch an apparent error and, in the end, he most often turns out to be right. As a bonus, he is often open to providing a few minutes of free technical support or professional advice to smaller companies trying to navigate complex processes. He's not so above it all that he won't kvetch socially when kvetching is warranted, which can go a long way to diffusing stressful situations. In short, he's a nice man and has been easy for me to work with for many, many, many . . . . many years.
