She is an integral part of the online discussions and comradery that has been built among the educators and learners. In particular she is well-versed and knowledgeable about the world of personal finances, including building curriculum for this subject area. - Initiated and designed a comprehensive financial literacy skills program (HomeWORKS) for Habitat for Humanity Halton using the ADDIE instructional design model. Success of the program led to a dramatic decrease in arrears on partner family mortgages and increased awareness of Habitat builds in the community.- HomeWORKS program was introduced nationally at the 2012 Habitat for Humanity spring conference resulting in tremendous interest from Habitat affiliates across the country to adopt the program in their regions.- Trained over 30 facilitators, expanding HomeWORKS program to 6 locations in Halton.
