      Jill Reamer has over 20 years of managing business transactions that include, personnel placements, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. Jill began career began as a transactional advisor for CMG Health, Inc., a regional healthcare company. As CMG Health’s chief legal counsel and leading corporate development officer, Ms. Reamer helped lead the growth of the company from a $20 million enterprise to $120 million national organization over the span of five years. As a member of the company’s Executive Committee, Ms. Reamer became a principal force in the $85 million sale of CMG Health. It was at that point in her early career that Jill realized her love of facilitating all types of corporate transactions and established Peak Strategy Advisors, a firm that provides personnel placements, and strategic merger and acquisition services to organizations in all industries and for all sizes. In 2021 Peak Strategy Advisors expanded its personnel placement services by purchasing Professional Personnel Services (PPS).
