She has a great rapport with kids and families at the Zimmer and has refined her facilitation skills and worked with our educators in curriculum development -- and never disappoints! She is a very intelligent, mature young woman who is takes initiative but is also a great team player. Jillian carefully considers her goals and how she can best contribute in meaningful ways through her current work and future career.
