  Started as a bus-girl here when I was around 13 years old. Became a waitress around 14, and then became manager when I was about 17. I was in charge of multiple things including making the schedule, dealing with guest issues, ordering food to restock, counting the register at the end of the shift, making sure all employees were doing their jobs to the best of their abilities and many other things.
