I think there is a lot to be said about managers that employees are not only willing to follow but actively want to. That is the influence that Jillian has. I have worked alongside and under the guidance of Jillian for 4 years. She has played a key role in my development as a manager and has shown me exactly the kind of manager I would like to be. She is not only dedicated to her own success but to the success of her team and excels at recognizing the strengths and weaknesses that people have and giving them the tools they need to develop into stronger employees. Jillian is fearless in everything she does and never hesitates to take on new challenges in her career. She actively finds new solutions for problems and throws 100% of herself into every project she takes on. I do not believe that there is a position that Jillian would not excel at. She has more drive than anyone and can and will be the best at whatever she aims to do.

Jillian is one of my most valued managers and I am proud provide a recommendation for her. Her leadership and dedication to quality will support the success of any project or team she is assigned. I had the pleasure of beginning to work with Jillian in May 2012 when she quickly made an impression as a self-starter. She transferred to November 2014 to assist in the grand opening of new location with recliners and a bar. She was invaluable during the opening and the smooth operations of the building after. She has spear-headed numerous projects and assignments. Jillian was offered progressive career moves based of her outstanding performance in these roles. She was promoted to the Assistant General Manager in August 2016. Jillian is a dedicated manager with an excellent work ethic and the ability to do what it takes to get the job done right. She has is proven that she is highly motivated to providing the highest quality work and results. Jillian often stands in as the General Manager while I am out, and in February 2018 she was the interim GM while I was out on an extended leave. As always, she did an excellent job and the business was in good hands. Jillian is well versed in all business operations and is proficient in completing all tasks necessary for smooth business operations including schedules, payroll, profit and loss statement accountability, on-site HR, and team leadership. If Jillian is lacking in any skills, it is practically irrelevant as she quickly learns and masters any new skills required. Jillian is a key contributor to the success of my team and business operations.
