At PUSH (People United for Sustainable Housing), I focused on promoting leadership development programs to all our community leaders, inters, and PUSH members (totaling over 325 members). I also, organized and facilitated the PUSH Buffalo Community Development Committee; a board committee made up of community leaders that meet monthly and whom successfully planed and began a 5-unit and a 46-unit ecologically sustainable low-income housing project on Buffalo’s West Side.
