Last year I had the great pleasure of working with Jillian in her role as Partnerships Manager with the Growth Faculty. To say that Jillian works with the utmost of professionalism and integrity would be an understatement. Her approach to client relationships is one a kindness and passion which demonstrates her strength of knowledge in her role and respect for quality customer engagement.

Everyone loves Jillian, her clients and her team. She's smart, warm, genuine and lots of fun. I had the great pleasure of working closely with Jillian for three years at The Growth Faculty where she headed up our partnership and sponsorship programs. She's is an incredible relationship builder. She works strategically and creatively to provide value-add offerings for her clients. She's a great team-player working collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for her clients and the business. Jillian is also willing to approach tough conversations when things change, as they can in the events world. She's able to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes to ensure strong, long-lasting relationships. One particularly fond memory was seeing Jillian's relentless work during our events with the Obamas in the Asia Pacific in December 2019. A brand new market and with limited time and resources, Jillian was able to secure an incredible line-up of corporate partners and VIP customers through her tenacity, organisation and discipline. Jillian, I certainly hope to work together again!
