Oversaw one grade-level of cabins each summer, with as many as 65 campers living in 5 cabins. Ensured daily needs and recreation were met while dealing with issues and concerns within the cabin. Helped children to develop independent daily living skills, manage and make friendships, and learn to communicate. Managed as many as 25 staff living within my division, ensuring they too were receiving the care and support they needed to succeed. Completed 7-weeks in a 1st grade inclusion classroom under the supervision of a general education full-time teacher.
