Jillian is one of the best recruiters I’ve ever worked with. She was very open, considerate, and diligent throughout the process. I hope I’m able to work with her again some day.

Ridiculously efficient is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Jillian. In my last job hunt, I had the pleasure of working with Jillian during the recruitment process of my current employer. In terms of professionalism, ethics, and attentiveness, Jillian is unbeatable. I cannot emphasize enough how Jillian made me feel like I had an ally and like I was a celebrity of a client. Jillian took the time to understand my background in detail and related it back to the company. She maintained communication and provided updates and feedback that ultimately helped me succeed through the recruitment process. I will not hesitate to work with Jillian in the future and she earns my highest recommendation.

    • Corporate Audit Analyst
      • Jun 2016 - Aug 2018

This role has pushed me to grow in a number of ways, from reporting to variety of different management styles, often simultaneously, to readjusting to a corporate schedule and way of life. The Corporate Audit Analyst program has highlighted for me the types of work I find fulfilling, as well as what situations and tasks I can be most beneficial to a team structure or setting. I have had opportunities to work on both the CFO and Counterparty Credit Risk (current) Lines of Business during Analyst rotational program. My daily tasks at the bank require critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership skills (including business travel, coordination and participation) to plan, test, and prepare reporting on both internal audits and regulatory liaison projects. Each audit is comprised of a 3 to 4-month body of work, researching the end-to-end elements of the assigned business process. My experiences in Audit have improved my strategy and critical thinking abilities and have greatly expanded my appreciation for the larger elements of corporate operations. Show less

I have held assorted sales and customer service roles prior to my graduation from college and time spent at the bank that have shown me a true passion for self-starter projects and sales-oriented positions, but I especially value my experience at this family-owned vacation rental company in my home town of Isle of Palms, SC. Despite what many see as a brief stop on the career train, my time here was invaluable to me in my growth as a career-oriented individual. This job combined the demands of keeping up with a personal sales portfolio and client care system, with the more delicate responsibilities of extended customer support, guest services and hospitality, unconsciously bonding a fast-paced, quick-on-our-feet family of employees, consciously stronger together than apart. Despite a competitive nature, I will always have enjoyed being a part of the bigger picture here, and a group passion for bringing people to place I called home for many years. Show less

Stylist/Floor Sales at American Eagle Outfitters - assisted customers from door to checkout, taking ownership of each person's total experience at AEO. I gained a great appreciation of the impact an employee can have on a customer's day, and it was such a rewarding opportunity to make someone's day special, whether that be assisting them with a purchase for themselves, or for someone else, or any other customer service opportunity. Each interaction is a chance to improve both personal and brand image in the eyes of the customer, and I developed some very fun and fulfilling relationships with customers who loved our store, not only for our style, but for our staff! I also had the opportunity to learn about sales, retail, and great management style from our talented team of manager/mentors, who made sure every member was well trained at monthly meetings to meet and regularly exceed sales goals (and win regional competitions with our sister stores!).
