Jillian was a rock of sanity and a wealth of knowledge during challenging times. As our workforce expanded during periods of rapid expansion, Jillian was always there to ensure we were prepared from a workers compensation and insurance perspective. She always kept her cool as she guided us through uncharted territory, adapting to changing regulations and laws both locally and nationally. She is adept at dealing with a multi-cultural, multi-lingual and extremely diverse talent pool, having interacted with an international pool of employees from over 30 countries. The workload that Jillian took on during these times was super-human. While I would never want to take this capability for granted, it was always a source of relief knowing that Jillian could handle the tremendous amount of work on short notice during our phases of hyper-growth.
