Over the last 20 years with IsoNova Technologies, I have worked my way up from a Lab Technician to a senior-level QA Manager, responsible for ensuring 100% regulatory compliance of three departments. As a leader in Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental Compliance, I managed all quality activity including lab analysis, reporting, root-cause corrective action and policy implementation. I actively served as the primary quality control resource for problem identification, resolution and continuous improvement, and I designed, implemented and documented procedures for process control, testing and inspection. I was a key partner in enabling managers to make sound product quality decisions by designing and implementing metrics for monitoring system effectiveness. I was able to utilize my refined technical writing skills to maintained safety documentation, and evaluate and write all general and technical standard operating procedures (SOPs).
