Besides being a great human being and a pleasure to work with - she is very knowledgeable in the solutions she sells, and knows how to get the right resources involved to support her accounts. Whether budgets were available or tight - She always knew how to construct a deal I could afford, and was there to support the project long after it was installed/launched. Jill has taught me a lot about the cisco products and architecture, and always shared news, conferences/events and other quality information to increase the knowledge and capabilities of my team members.
