She works very accurately and independently, but also involves other staff when needed. She is eager to learn and take on new challenges and projects that are out of her comfort zone. She has very strong analytical and (functional) IT-skills, and quickly picks up new systems and methodologies. She remains motivated, even under stress or when facing difficulties.
