Jill is a strong BA. She's always an advocate for the business, but has also figured out how to work side by side with "opinionated" developers and to help broker compromises between the two camps when necessary. Jill is also a consummate professional who doesn't mind office pranks, sometimes of her own creation. These are rare qualities to find in one person, which makes me miss her all the more. I sincerely hope I get to work with her again.
