  Forum is a leading commercialisation and mall promotions agency with over 20 years of experience. Our primary aim is to maximise mall income for Shopping Centre Owners and Managers across the UK, including Northern Ireland. We aim to provide a friendly, efficient and personal service, where each shopping centre is provided with their own Account Manager to effectively manage their promotional activity.Through our proactive and affable approach, we have built up an extensive database of brands, exhibitors and sales organisations. We manage bookings for high profile events including road shows for product launches, national brand awareness promotions, high quality retail stands, kiosks and RMUs.My role as Senior Account Manager sees me fulfill the following:- Full accountability for all commercialisation within shopping centres- Key contact for Centre staff, Manager, Managing agent and Landlord for each shopping centre- Tendering for new business at the most senior level- Marketing new opportunities in each centre to our existing database of promoters- Expanding our database of promoters through social networking- Achieving the best rental rates and booking length- Issuing and collecting all paperwork, insurances and health and safety documentation- Ensuring payment is received prior to each booking- Resolving any issues that may arise for the duration of every bookingAs Senior Account Manager I am also the primary contact for NewRiver Retail (the UK's leading value-creating retail property investment platform). At Forum, we exclusively manage the commercialisation of New River’s full retail portfolio. I personally work closely with the head of commercialisation and each individual asset manager, ensuring that we are collaboratively able to maximise mall revenue, whilst nurturing innovative commercial opportunities and new business start-ups.
