Jill came into our small and growing company and after just a few moments had some great ideas on how we could improve our leads tracking system.       Jill works with businesses to increase sales using a sales audit system. The audit documents the sales process, overlays marketing, talent management and systems. On average the business sees a 30% increase in sales a year after the audit. Jill’s foundation as a sales and business consultant can be traced back to her solid operational experience working for the US Air Force and converting 33 international and domestic operations to for-profit entities for Air Combat Command. Jill led a training center which taught operations managers at Youth Centers, Golf Courses and Officer’s Clubs how to measure and increase sales and revenues. Currently Jill leads the sales firm, Verde Martin, which uses a sales growth training system to accelerate sales for its many clients. Jill’s clients have successfully launching new markets and new products, expanded operations domestically and internationally, implemented strategic planning, reduced the cost of sales, thus improving the bottom line. Jill is a business developer- teaching existing and future entrepreneurs how to write their business plan and accelerate sales. Jill has helped hundreds of business owners start or grow their business by helping take their ideas to market. Jill gained additional experience and expertise in her 10 years of management in various senior roles at Yellow Book and PayPal. This included mergers and acquisition, managing both inside and outside sales teams, internet and new media marketing, product development, market expansion and talent management. Jill supports the Omaha community by serving on Boards for the Small Business Association of the Midlands, Omaha Rotary and Omaha Network and is an active member of other business networking groups.
