Jill is a great multi-tasker, detailed-oriented, and very knowledgeable in the area of HR recruiting, on-boarding and interviewing. She is well aware of the regulations for new hire paperwork and deadlines that need to be met. She is a good trainer and while we worked together she taught me how to handle new hire projects. I became efficient enough to cover her desk while she was out and I became an entrusted part of the team because of her knowledge and help.
