In addition, my team analyzes any branch errors to determine the root cause and helps to develop a plan for resolution. Working with my department, we have defined and implemented a new teller and platform system. I am directly responsible for writing and performing various test use cases as upgrades are introduced. I have developed strong professional relationships with many support departments as well as branch team members. I am comfortable communicating and presenting procedural recommendations to all levels of management including Senior and Executive levels. I continue to work with and support the branch team members to ensure understanding of new and existing procedures. In addition, I am able to monitor branch errors and research them to provide suggestions for favorable resolution. I have been an integral part of the implementation and continuing support of the bank's staffing solution (GMT) as the Administrator.
