Jill has worked within my sales team as a Partnership Development Manager for a little over a year now. During that time I have found her to be hard-working, well-organised and always keen to find ways we can improve how we work to achieve our targets. She has been happy to take the initiative to lead on these improvements, driving the necessary changes forwards and working with others in the organisation to roll them out.
