Jill Baker was hired to work for Lincoln Christian School in Lincoln, NE during my time there to be the Director of Admissions. She reported directly to me. Jill’s people skills are amazing – after meeting with prospective families for the first time, she retained personal information by asking about those specific situations. She did this because of who she is, not to make a sale. Jill is funny, caring, has an excellent work ethic and strives to make each connection feel as if they are the most important thing in her world. Jill was diplomatic in her approach to making decisions and really needed very little supervision to do her job. I provided resources and brainstorming sessions to help her to achieve her goals and be successful in her position. After twelve years, Jill and I continue to connect. I loved every minute of working with her.
