Jill is an inspiration in her leadership style, sense of humor, and creative vision. I was lucky enough to to learn from Jill while I collaborated with her on the New York Executive Leadership Team. We had this vision of bringing brand marketing and customer experience together. The first time we spoke, Jill said, "So.. why aren't we doing this already? Let's go!" and we did. Jill introduced new takes on old ideas and led her teams to deliver beautiful campaigns for Samsung, Nestle, and Hellmans. Most importantly, Jill raised the bar on how to lead with a positive voice in challenging times, how to be steadfast in building her vision, and how to advocate for her team and the work.

There's a lot to say about Jill. But one thing's for certain, she's more than just my CCO. She welcomed me with open arms when I moved to Wunderman Thompson New York in the middle of the pandemic. And despite living in the west coast, she made sure to never make me feel that I'm far away from the team. WTNY became my home because of her. She always makes time for her creatives and makes an effort to know each and every one of us, despite the distance and the WFH situation. She got to know my strengths and gave me the freedom to be me, supporting my ideas no matter how crazy they are. She also knows my weaknesses, but never saw it as that. Instead, she helped me overcome a lot of my doubts and made me believe in myself. The past 2 years would've been impossible without her guidance. She was always there for us, rolling up her sleeves and still doing the dirty work to make sure we get the support that we need. She nurtured us to the fullest, which (in my opinion) was the type of leader that everyone needs during these tough times. Jill is more than just my CCO. She's a great leader, a supportive mentor, an amazing creative, and most importantly, I'm honored to be able to call her my friend. And for that, I am grateful.
