Excellente continuation.
Prince Boadu, CSCP
I first met Jihane in Marrakech at the Atlantic Dialogues Conference in 2015. She was a volunteer at the conference and what struck me immediately was her profound congenial demeanour as well as her passion to contribute and share ideas on topics that can help lift the marginalised in society from poverty. Years down the line, Jihane informs me that she was going to pursue her PhD; and on top of that start a social enterprise to support local artisans and their businesses. She has done just that and succeeding at both! Jihane's lasor-sharp focus to help indigenous Moroccan businesses succeed is second to none. She genuinely has a positive transformative mission to help thousands of artisans show forth their works to the world, while blending traditional methods of craftsmanship with technology. Jihane is a changemaker. A doer. A passionate social entrepreneur. She epitomises astuteness and vision.

Jr Marketing Intern
-
Jun 2016 - Sep 2016
Consulting Business & strategy was a startup in the sector of logistics based in Casablanca. Jr Marketing Manager was the position that I occupied during 4 months in this company. It was one of the advantages of choosing a startup as a company where I did my 4th internship during my business school studies. This professional experience taught me a lot in those management areas:-Strategy Marketing -International trade & transport (road, aerial & Maritime)-Logistics Chain Management My experience at CBS marked my academic, professional & personnal life. This company had all the financial means to succeed but in the absence of leadership it couldn’t touch success during its launch phase of the business life cycle. Two years after its creation it closed. The failure of a company was a huge lesson and a strong experience for us as interns & junior managers, for the investors and for the CEO. When you can see how a startup failed because of a lack of loyalty in business and an absence of trustful leadership it teaches you what not to do and that values are someting to put first in any job and any project.
