We worked together at CSG International during her entire tenure. She is versatile , Smart , focused,analytical and dedicated at her work. She always excels in her roles and responsibilities. More importantly she knows how to "be with the team" and "carry the team" together to achieve the objectives aligned with the business. It was my pleasure working with her as you get to learn not only technical but non-technical knowledge from her. I will like to work with her again in future if I get a chance to do so :)

Jigyasa joined Avanti as one of our first 10 teachers. She was exceptionally hard-working, high on ownership and had extremely strong communication and presentation skills. She was also a terrific team player - always willing to go beyond her immediate responsibilities. During her time at Avanti, she launched and singlehandedly managed our first school partnership in Mumbai. Thanks to the strong foundations set by her, that particular program is going strong today and has expanded 5-fold in size. I highly recommend Jigyasa - she has versatile skill sets and just the kind of team player you want in a dynamic working environment.
