  Daily routine analysis of Raw materials, Finish Products, Online process samples, Different water samples and Effluent water samples. Erection and commissioning various types of Laboratory instruments during Project commissioning stage. Time to time calibration activity of different laboratory instruments and standard calibration curves. Quarterly Inventory and Indent of different Chemicals, Glassware. Regularly maintain Gas cylinders (Utility of Gas Chromatography) inventory. Data entry of routine analysis and continues communication with different department. Analyzing different types of water samples like… Analyzing different parameters in water and Effluent water like…  pH, Conductivity, hardness, Alkalinity (P & M), Silica, Sulfate, Sulfite  Phosphate, Chloride, Color (Pt-Co), Turbidity, Ammonical Nitrogen  COD, BOD, TS, TDS, TSS, Free Chlorine, Oil & Grease. Daily reporting of all analysis results, Special matters to HOD-Q.A or DGM (Process). Maintain Safety precaution during all hazardous analysis. Providing all types of training to all Trainees.
