Effectively monitored and handle all payment, transactions related issues of investors. • Constant collaboration with the exchange and technical team on process improvement and problem-solving. • Responsible for daily Mutual Fund Online Operations for Distribution Process- Purchase, Redemption, Flexi SIP, SIP/SWP/STP, Switch & NFO • Responsible for daily NAV monitoring, and Units allotment for the investors. • Coordination with AMCs, and regulatory bodies (BSE & MFU) for the smooth functioning of process flow. • Creates and uses quality service measurement tools to ensure compliance with operational standards with SLAs and SOPs and create management reporting as needed. • Improving and implementing a workflow for different processes. • Designing POC for all transaction-related process. • Improved end to end process of KYC/KRA. • Handled transaction related queries. • Identify and proactively act upon ad hoc incidence, escalate when necessary. • Performing investigations using a variety of tools (e.g.- Retool, Razorpay dashboard) including internal systems. • Identifying, reporting and collaborating on product back-end improvements and bug fixing. • Understanding of the investment products (Mutual fund, Advisory) • Developing success plans for the investors that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues and providing a recommendation. • Analyzing the process and looking for the scope for process improvement & automation where ever possible.
