In the competition, we were engaged in both buy-side and sell-side advisory for a tech company. During our preparation, she demonstrated a great deal of emphasis on economic underpinning behind the transaction, especially when we ran into new situations that we never learned before in class. She is a trouble shooter. In particular, she facilitated discussion by raising thoughtful questions on critical pointers and helped lead us through to the right track.
