I have very seldom encountered anyone with the drive, ambition and determination of Jie Chen. She is an excellent student, but even more than that, she is someone who is always looking to make an impact on the people and organizations she is a part of. I would hire her for any job that required determination and a mixture of excellent quantitative (data analysis) and qualitative (excellent communication skills). Jie's ability to move between cultures and make connections whereever she goes are added benefits.
