Jide is one of those rare professionals who's talent can catch one's attention from a distance! When I joined LInkedin, my team sat on the same floor as a fellow manager who was lucky enough to have Jide on their team. From my very first week on the job, I noticed Jide's sales conversations were incredibly well-structured, thoughtful, and relationship focused. I also noticed he spent more time talking to customers than most of the floor! While I never had the opportunity to manage JD directly (yet), I will certainly keep him in my close network and I hope to have occasion to work with him again. He has strong executive presence, work ethic, and a winning mindset. I know he will be successful wherever he lands. Jide started at LinkedIn on the same day as me and he was the biggest joy in the room. His energy is always something that makes everyone so happy to be around him. I didn't have the pleasure of working directly with him, however, I heard amazing things about his work ethic and how he is very thoughtful with his customers. He also contributed to our employee resource group in hopes of building company culture and inclusion. He was a pleasure to see in the office and I know he will be a great asset to any team he joins!

The company I'm with recently purchased a Recruiter LinkedIn plan and Jide was our Account Executive. He was incredible to work with- very knowledgeable about the product, was always positive and upbeat on our calls, responded well and in a timely manner and went above and beyond when he conducted our team training. Jide's division was unfortunately apart of the large LinkedIn layoff and he still conducted our training after his position was terminated. My entire team was not only impressed with the training we received but impressed that he cared enough us as a Client to do that for us.
