      My duties included • Detailed analysis of control loop reports documented by Westinghouse Electric Company. • Comprehensive testing and inspection of all control loops at Ringhals unit 2 Nuclear Power Plant through in-depth analysis, changes, and suggestions. • Control loop selection for its regulation, improvements, validations, testing and improving valves and controller (PIDs testing, tuning and designing) performance. • To provide technical suggestions for advanced algorithms and theoretical models to acquire required results from specific control loops. • Suggested and documented (technical document) a new control strategy for control loop (Condensate water system), developed a mathematical model and future research work plan. • A soft model of the complete control loop (Condensate water system) was developed, tested and validated against the real plant for required results. • Validation tests, design, simulations and modeling of the control loop were carried in software titled as Dymola/ Modelica and the complete system was identified in Matlab/ Simulink with System Identification toolbox. • Performed Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for trial basis with supervisors and technicians.
