Level 3 Hardware: Install the printer and replace the ink cartridges Current professional skills ITOP: IT infrastructure. Level 3 I can maintain the company’s computers. Check whether the software and hardware of the computer can be used normally. To find a problem and to record it, try to repair it later. DATM: Data management. Level 3 I can convert paper documents into electronic data and upload to the company’s student management system to update the data. CSMG: Customer service support. Level 3 I keep improving my communication skills and abilities. I can provide service consultation to customers and try to help customers solve problems.
