Jayakrishna Venkatesh
Jiayi (Joy) was my team's resident's data scientist and rock-star digital analyst- a combination that I rarely saw work effectively in the past. It mostly never worked because data scientists were not curious about digital analytics and vice-versa whereas Joy was like a knowledge monster- she'd be the first to step into an unchartered territory to gain experience and learn in the process. Every problem that made me think, Joy would volunteer to help me crack it and voila, every single time, she came back with a solution even if it was not perfect.
