  - Design, fabricate, and characterize nano-scaled devices (2D electronics, perovskites, RF electronics, transparent/flexible electronics). - Familiar with fabrication and characterization skills such as e-beam and photolithography, e-beam and thermal evaporation, etching, CVD, 2D material transfer, SEM, AFM. - Characterized novel devices in cryogenic probe stations using advanced semiconductor parameter analyzers. - Characterized RF devices using vector network analyzer, and extracted the intrinsic parameters using small-signal equivalent circuit modeling. - Designed and simulated varactor-loaded beam steering antenna on Willow Glass substrate in Ansys HFSS.
