      Use cost accounting knowledge to create forms to calculate labor cost, material cost and overhead in order to monitor the quality of the products. Input all the product inspection form every week to analyze the result. Have the report ready for the management level. Write the working instruction of each product to know each steps during the production. Sample inspect everyday on the floor to make sure no major problems happen so that we can control the quality more easily.
